Former prime minister John Major with Wendy and Colin Parry
SELECT guests had the opportunity to meet a former prime minister when they attended an exclusive fundraising event at Arley Hall.
The Rt Hon Sir John Major, hosted a private dinner for the Tim Parry Johnathan Ball Foundation for Peace. He has been a patron of the charity since 2003.
Sir John spoke about his experiences in office and about the important work of the foundation, which tackles violence, conflict, prejudice and discrimination.
Co-founder and trustee Wendy Parry said: “We are extremely thankful for Sir John’s support.
“The setting of Arley Hall was ideal for a small dinner of this kind and made for a great atmosphere for our event.”
