I was disappointed to not get the gold but an Olympic silver is very special.

Just missing out was tough but I'm pleased and proud and everybody has been amazing.

I have no regrets about this year I've had my best performances and good improvments I don't think I left any stone unturned so I'm really content with my experience at the Games.

My sister and Girlfriend came out and they had an amazing time and were so supportive. Family said how people have been really interested and pleased for me.

Moving into the village has been great, I'm glad I wasn't here when racing though! I had lunch with Princess Anne one of the days and been to loads of parties.

I'm heading to the basketball semi finals tonight and The Birds Nest and Aquatics centre are truly breathaking.

2012 thoughts are going through my mind a great deal but still not made a decision!
