EARLESTOWN'S indie heroes have announced details about their highly-anticipated second album.
2024 has been a huge year for The K's, with the band's debut album ‘I Wonder If The World Knows?’ reaching Number 3 in the UK charts in April, behind only Beyonce and The Libertines.
The Earlestown four-piece was also named the 'Best Breakthrough Act' at the Northern Music Awards in March, played some of their biggest gigs and festivals to date, and will release a 'Live At Victoria Warehouse' album this month.
Riding the wave of success, The K's have now announced details for their second studio album, 'Pretty on the Internet'.
Set to be released on Friday, June 27, 2025, 'Pretty on the Internet' has been recorded with Grammy Award winning producer Jim Lowe, who has worked with acts such as The Stereophonics, Nick Cave, and Taylor Swift.
Released with a striking pink and black cover, 'Pretty on the Internet' will be accompanied by another rigorous touring schedule that will see the band play in gig venues and festivals across the country.
With four gigs of the year remaining, The K's have already announced that they will perform at Neighbourhood Weekender in Warrington, the Y Not? Festival in Derbyshire and Tramlines Festival in Sheffield.
In a statement on social media, The K's said: "We're beyond buzzing to announce the release of our second studio album, ‘Pretty On The Internet’, coming in Summer 2025!
"We have had an unreal year with our debut album reaching #3 in the charts and we can’t wait for an even bigger and better 2025.
"Pre-order now through our store to receive an exclusive free bonus CD with any album bundle purchase! Loads of other signed products and merch available too.
"For vinyl lovers, indie retailers and HMV will offer a limited-edition berry with black splatter vinyl!"
