THE price tag on land that is earmarked for a futuristic housing development has been reduced.
The plot of land, which has full planning for 10 new homes, is located on Knutsford Road in Grappenhall.
It was originally listed on Rightmove for £1,500,000. But it is now available for £1,200,000.
Planning consent for the development was consented last November by Warrington Borough Council.
It concerns the demolition of the existing office building and redevelopment of the site for 10 homes – 20 per cent of which will be affordable.
Plans also state there will be revised means of vehicular access, associated landscaping, biodiversity net gain, parking, refuse bin storage, and private package treatment plant.
“The site comprises a vacant 1980's former HQ office building with full planning to redevelop into an ultra-modern residential development of 10 contemporary designed houses,” the Rightmove listing reads.
