A PERSON was freed from a vehicle by firefighters following a crash.
Two fire engines from Warrington and Penketh fire stations rushed to the Gemini area of Warrington yesterday afternoon, Thursday.
This came after Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service received reports of a road traffic collision on Europa Boulevard.
Having arrived at the scene at around 4.30pm, crews assisted one casualty who was medically trapped from the vehicle.
The person was then handed over to paramedics for treatment.
Firefighters made the vehicle safe before leaving the scene, the fire service confirmed.
