TWO suspects have been named by the courts after being charged with a burglary conspiracy.
They are alleged to have conspired to burgle five homes within the space of a month, with intent to steal from inside.
Three of the homes allegedly targeted were in Warrington – one on Elm Road in Orford and two on Coronation Drive in Penketh.
There are further allegations of burglaries at addresses on Picton Avenue in Runcorn and Gradburn Road in Formby.
The burglaries were allegedly carried out between June 8 and June 22 this year.
Michael Miller and James Farrell have now been charged with conspiracy to commit dwelling burglary with intent to steal.
The former is aged 33 and of St Ambrose Road in Widnes, and the latter is aged 27 and of Lynsted Road in Liverpool
Both are due to make a first appearance in relation to the allegations before Chester Magistrates’ Court this morning, Friday.
