A WARRINGTON food and drink venue has applied to offer hot food and drinks 24 hours-a-day.
Tim Hortons opened its second store in Warrington in Gemini, close to the M62, in January 2022.
The Canadian chain is known for its signature, premium-blend coffees, pastries and breakfast sandwiches.
It is also popular for its burgers, milkshakes and doughnuts.

Moving into the former Frankie and Benny’s restaurant, the Gemini store was the chain’s second location in Warrington.
The other is located in Golden Square Shopping Centre in the town centre.
Almost three years after opening, Tim Hortons has now submitted an application to Warrington Borough Council as per the Licensing Act 2003.
This is for a late-night refreshment licence covering Sunday to Monday, midnight to midnight.
A late-night refreshment licence involves the supply of hot food and hot drinks between the hours of 11pm and 5am.
An application notice states: “Representations, which should be made in writing, may be made by a responsible authority or any other person to Warrington Borough Council.
“These are to be received at the address below by no later than December 24, 2024.
The address is: Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, Town Hall, East Annex, Sankey Street, Warrington, WA1 2UH.
