A TROUBLEMAKER was warned by light-hearted police over ‘anti-social behaviour’ over the weekend.
The Grinch made his annual visit to Warrington over the weekend – bringing his traditional attitude and mischief.
In a comedic social media post, Cheshire Police said the Christmas-hating character was warned that he could be ordered to leave the town should his behaviour continue.
He was in the town centre as part of the Weekend Christmas Wonderland event, which saw a number of festive activities taking place.
The force’s Warrington Police team said: “It has been another very festive, busy day in the town today, and most people are behaving impeccably – apart from this fella.
“He is causing mischief everywhere he goes.
“If he carries on, he will be given a dispersal order to leave town as anyone else causing anti-social behaviour will be.”
