Santa will be giving out gifts from his new grotto in Warrington.
The grotto is part of a free festive fun day at Countryside Homes’ Rivers Edge development on Slutchers Lane.
Visitors are welcome on Saturday, November 30, between 10am and 4pm, with Santa's grotto open from 10.30am to 2.30pm.
The event is open to all, and no booking is required.
As well as meeting Santa, visitors can enjoy mulled wine, hot chocolate, and mince pies.
Zac Worthington, sales and marketing director at Vistry Merseyside and Cheshire West, said: "This is the perfect way to welcome in Christmas for families in Warrington.
"Santa will be taking time out from his busy schedule to meet children in our show homes at Rivers Edge and find out all about those Christmas lists.
"With something for all the family, from hot chocolate and marshmallows to mulled wine and mince pies, everyone is welcome to join us and I can’t wait."
The event will also showcase the range of properties available at the Rivers Edge development.
Sales representatives will be on hand to discuss options for those interested in reserving a home before Christmas.
Three and four-bedroom homes are available from £390,000.
For more information about the homes available at Rivers Edge, visit their website.
Please note that meeting Santa is on a first-come, first-served basis.
