A POLICE presence was spotted in the town centre yesterday, Tuesday.
This was following reports of a disagreement on Winmarleigh Street.
Officers attended the incident at around 2.55pm.
They found there had been a disagreement in relation to a possible stolen bike.
A Cheshire Police spokesperson said: “After speaking to all those involved it was established that no offences had taken place.”
