A Warrington-based company is celebrating its most successful year yet, having already surpassed its revenue forecast with an impressive £3 million, a 20 per cent increase from last year.
Wirehouse Employer Services has been a provider of HR, employment law, and health and safety advice across the UK since its founding in 2010 by Mike Malley.
The company has grown steadily, thanks to the Malley family's history in the HR and employment law sector, which dates back to 1995.
The late Mike Malley was a passionate supporter of the Warrington Wolves and a key sponsor of the club.
The Wolves' website describes him as the 'heartbeat' of the club.
After his death last year, his sister Sue Malley took over as managing director of Wirehouse.
Under her leadership, the company has continued to thrive.
Ms Malley said: "I’m deeply committed to continuing the work Mike and our father began.
"Our goal has always been to provide exceptional service to businesses, helping them navigate the complexities of employment law, HR, and health and safety.
"With this year’s success, I am confident in our ability to continue delivering exceptional results for years to come."
Many of Wirehouse’s employees have been with the company since its inception, contributing to a close-knit environment.
One long-standing employee said: "Having worked alongside the Malley family for over a decade, I can honestly say that Wirehouse is a place where kindness and respect run strong."
The company also continues to attract fresh talent, ensuring a wide range of expertise within the team.
Wirehouse’s financial achievement follows last month's announcement that they have been acquired by WorkNest, a leading provider of outsourced HR and health and safety services.
WorkNest cited Wirehouse’s 'consistent growth', 'outstanding' reputation in the industry, and 'strong company values' as the driving factors behind the acquisition.
Looking ahead, Wirehouse plans to keep the momentum going after this year's success, expanding its reach while remaining true to the values that have guided the company for the past 15 years.
The acquisition by WorkNest presents exciting opportunities for growth and innovation, positioning Wirehouse to continue its authority in the HR and employment law sector.
