A POPULAR and world-famous singer is heading to Warrington next month.
Tenor Russell Watson, who is known for operatic and pop-style songs, will be visiting Bents garden centre in Glazebury
The 57-year-old, born in nearby Irlam, began singing as a child and became known after performing at a working men's club.
He will be visiting Bents Garden and Home for an exclusive book signing event, the centre has confirmed in an exciting announcement.
Bents said: “We are excited to welcome the world-renowned Russell Watson to Bents for an exclusive book signing event.
“Meet the man behind the music as he celebrates the release of his book – ‘Encore: My Journey Back to Centre Stage’.
“Enjoy the chance to chat with Russell, get your book signed and experience a moment with one of the UK's most beloved voices.”

This will not be the first time the singer has visited the garden centre.
The former 'I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here' contestant attended Bents Christmas opening in 2021.
