PLANS have been submitted to turn a four-bed home on Wilderspool Causeway into a house of multiple occupancy.
The scheme has been registered with Warrington Borough Council.
It would see six flats created at the property which backs into River Road.
Plans state: "The proposed plans show a 6 bedroomed HMO (C4) with 4 en suite bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. All bedrooms share a kitchen / living area."
"The property has a small front garden and larger rear yard area. There is on street parking to the front of the site. The property is not a listed building band is not located in a conservation area."
You can see the plans in more details on the council's website.
