A 16-year-old boy has been arrested following the assault of two teens in a Subway shop in Warrington.
At around 11.10am yesterday morning, Tuesday, Cheshire Police officers were called to reports of an altercation taking place at Subway on London Road in Stockton Heath.
Upon attending the scene, officers found that three 16-year-olds had been involved in an altercation which resulted in two of the teenagers, a boy and a girl, being assaulted.
A spokesperson for Cheshire Police said: “The boy and the girl did not sustain any serious injuries.”
A 16-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of section 47 assault but has since been released pending further enquiries.
