A theatre group is preparing to perform a panto-style adaptation of a classic tale.
Soup Productions, based in Warrington, is staging 'The Legend of Robin Hood' at St Thomas' Church Hall, Stockton Heath, on Friday, November 29, and Saturday, November 30.
The pantomime version of the well-known story features Robin Hood taking on the Sheriff of Nottingham and Prince Kardashian, while also wooing Maid Marian.
The show is promoted as being full of action and family-friendly entertainment.
Soup Productions, known for its original works, has been quite busy since its last performance of 'Little Red' a year ago.
The company has won praise and gained a dedicated fan base for its shows 'Smiler' and 'Chicken', the latter being specially commissioned for the Warrington Pride festivities earlier this year.
The group has more projects lined up for 2025, including a Sherlock Holmes adaptation.
Soup Productions takes pride in the involvement of its members in every aspect of the production process, from set design to choreography, aiming to deliver the best possible experience for audiences.
'The Legend of Robin Hood' is scheduled to start at 7:30pm on Friday, with a 2pm matinee on Saturday.
Tickets cost £15 for adults, £13 for concessions, and there is a family ticket available for £50, which covers two adults and two children.
Tickets can be purchased online.
