A MAN has been released on bail while enquiries are ongoing into a vicious attack that saw two people injured in Orford.
On Wednesday morning, police were called to Grasmere Avenue at around 6.30am.
Officers attended the scene and found that a man and a woman had been assaulted.
A spokesperson for Cheshire Police has confirmed that the man ‘suffered an injury to the ear area’.
A 34-year-old man was then arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, intentional strangulation, threats to kill and affray.
He has since been released on bail while enquires are ongoing.
