A MAIN road in Warrington is set to close for a number of days as works are carried out.
Firs Lane in Appleton will shut for three days the Warrington Borough Council has confirmed.
The closure is set to take place in December and will be effective from December 2 until December 5.
This is to allow for works to be carried out by United Utilities.
A spokesperson for WBC said: “The closure is for a period of three days, however, will be in place as and when signed on site.
“Access will be under the control of the relevant contractor for the duration of the works.
“The closure is required to allow United Utilities to install a new customer connection.”
