A UNIT formerly home to a pizzeria and a bar is still available to rent more than a year after the business closed.
Parlour, which promised to bring a taste of New York to the town centre, closed last autumn.
It offered 22-inch pizzas, small plates and salads as well as craft beers, wine, and cocktails.
In November last year, the unit at the flagship £42 million leisure precinct development Time Square, was listed as being available to rent.
A year later, it is still listed on Zoopla as available to let for non quoting.
The unit covers 3,700 square feet and it comes unfurnished.
It is described as being suitable for multiple uses, subject to relevant planning being achieved.
The listing reads: “The property is located in the recently completed Time Square development in Warrington town centre, anchored by a 13-screen Cineworld, The Botanist, 103,000sq.ft offices for Warrington Borough Council, a 1160 space multi storey car park and the award-winning market hall - the home of over 50 independent traders, and within 500m of the Golden Square Shopping Centre.”
