HALLOWEEN is now over, and Bonfire Night is just around the corner.
Plenty of places across Warrington have been celebrating early with events this weekend.
But if you’ve missed out on those, don’t despair, there’s plenty more taking place this week. So, here’s a list to help you plan.
Farmers Arms
A ‘bonfire bonanza’ will mark Guy Fawkes Night on Tuesday, November 5 at the Farmers Arms in Fearnhead.
The pub, which is on Fearnhead Lane, will begin the event at 5pm and hot food will be available on the night.
Gates are set to open at 5pm, with the bonfire being lit at 7pm and fireworks display at 8pm.
Tickets are £4 per adult, £2 per child and a family ticket for two adults and two children is £10.
Glazebury Methodist Church
Olive Branch Café will be holding a bonfire and fireworks night on Tuesday at Glazebury Methodist Church, on Warrington Road.
Doors are due to open at 5.30pm, when the bonfire will be lit, ahead of the fireworks display at 7.30pm.
Tickets are £5 per person and can be paid for on the night, with all proceeds going to Glazebury Methodist Church. Children under five can attend for free.
Food including burgers, hotdogs and jacket spuds will be available to buy.
The Blackburne Arms
Orford Green pub, The Blackburne Arms, will be marking the annual celebration on Tuesday.
Children’s fairground rides, sweets and toy stalls and more await attendees from midday.
Spooky World
Apple Jacks Adventure Farm in Stretton will be hosting a firework display on Tuesday.
Visitors can arrive from 6.30pm ahead of the display at 7.45pm and stay on site until 11pm.
Those under 15 music be accompanied onto the site and into attractions by a ticket holder over the age of 18, and one adult is required for very group of five teens.
Tickets for the fireworks and bonfire start at £27 each, or £37 for fast-tack admission.
Lymm Round Table
Back again this year, Lymm Round Table will be hosting a firework display on Saturday November 9 at Cherry Tree Primary School.
Doors will open at 6pm ahead of the 6.45pm kid’s fireworks display. The main firework display is due to start at 8pm.
Catering outlets, music and fun for all ahead will be included in the event, and all profits go to charity and community groups.
Tickets start at £7 for children under 16, and £14 for adults. Under 3s can enter for free.
