THE cause of death for a 38-year-old who had not heard from in a month cannot be determined after his body was found in ‘severe decomposition’.

The is was the view of a coroner following an inquest into the death of Wojciech Habrat, which was heard at Cheshire Coroner’s Court.

The 38-year-old, who was originally from Poland, was found dead at his home in Warrington on September 29.

Senior coroner for Cheshire Jacqueline Devonish told the court that Mr Habrat had not been heard from in a month.

When his body was found, it was in ‘severe decomposition’, the court heard.

Cheshire Police attended the property and confirmed that there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding the 38-year-old’s death.

At his inquest, Ms Devonish said that Mr Habrat’s cause of death could not be determined due to ‘decomposition’.

It was therefore heard that his death would have an ‘open conclusion’.
