CHESHIRE Police are appealing for video footage following a forced entry and burglary at a shop in Warrington.
At around 2.44am this morning, Friday, officers were made aware of an alarm activation at a convenience store on Cinnamon Lane North.
Officers attended the scene and found there had been a burglary at the premises.
A spokesperson for Cheshire Police said: "An unknown offender had forced entry and stolen a quantity of tobacco.
"Enquires in relation to the incident are in the early stages and anyone with any information or video footage is asked to contact Cheshire Police on 101, or at www.cheshire.police.uk/tell-us, quoting IML 1947702."
