CHESTER Road Swing Bridge was closed after a car overturned following a collision.
Cheshire Police were called to the scene after reports of a one-car crash on Taylor Street in Lower Walton at around 7pm yesterday, Wednesday.
Officers attended and found that a car had overturned at the junction of Chester Road.
A Cheshire Police spokesperson said: "There were no of any injuries, but the road was closed while recovery was undertaken and oil was cleared from the scene."
The road reopened at 9.40pm.
