The ground floor is let to a local restaurant operator Indi Ayan at £26,000 per annum while the recently refurbished first floor office space is separately let at £9,540 per annum, producing a total combined income of £35,540.
It will be sold by public auction on December 4 this year and it has a guide price of £300,000.
