A FIRE crew attended the scene of a vehicle emitting smoke from the engine in Daresbury Park.
One fire engine was dispatched from Runcorn following reports of an overheated vehicle at around 3pm yesterday afternoon, Monday.
Upon arrival Cheshire Fire Service found smoke protruding from the engine of the car, situated in Daresbury Park.
Firefighters used a thermal imaging camera to 'monitor the situation'.
A horse reel jet was then used to cool the engine, before the scene was deemed safe.
