POLICE say they are concerned for the welfare of a missing man – and officers are appealing for the public’s help in finding him.
Philip Walsh, of Lowton, has been reported missing from home, with Greater Manchester Police launching a public appeal for residents to keep an eye out for him.
He was last seen in Lowton at around 3.40pm this afternoon, Friday, wearing grey suit trousers and a white collared, long-sleeved shirt with a tie.
Philip was also said to have a navy blue thin wool jumper and a dark navy blue thick coat.
He is described as being 5’ 7” tall, of a stocky build with short dark hair.
A spokesman for Greater Manchester Police said: “Officers are becoming concerned about Philip and want to make sure he is safe and well.”
