A SUSPECTED flasher has been named by the courts after being charged.

Cheshire Police confirmed last month that it had made an indecent exposure arrest following an incident in the early hours of a Saturday morning.

This allegedly occurred at around 4am on September 28 on Orford Green, with the suspect also alleged to have kicked a door.

As well as exposure, he was also arrested on suspicion of attempted criminal damage.

Now, Billy Humphries has been charged with exposure and attempted criminal damage, which are dated September 28 in Warrington.

The 21-year-old, of Westland Drive in Padgate, is due to make a first appearance in relation to the charges before Warrington Magistrates’ Court on Monday.

Following the incident, a spokesman for Cheshire Police said: “On Sunday, September 29, it was reported that at 4am on Saturday, September 28, a man approached an address in Orford Green.

“It was reported that he kicked the door and exposed himself.

“Following police enquiries, a 21-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of exposure and attempted criminal damage.”
