AN agency has been named one of the UK's best places to work.

No Brainer, a search-driven content agency, made it to the Great Place to Work's 'Best Workplaces in Advertising, Media & Marketing' under the Small & Medium category.

This is a list that highlights organisations with an 'exceptional' employee experience and workplace culture.

The agency is one of just 60 from the entire UK industry to receive the recognition.

The listing comes after a period of success for the Stockton Heath-based business, who recently picked up two UK Digital PR Awards in July and have been shortlisted for four UK Search Awards.

Lee Cullen, co-founder of No Brainer, said: "This recognition is a testament to the incredible team we have built and the culture we’ve worked hard to nurture over the years at No Brainer.

"As an agency, we’ve always believed that when people are supported, empowered, and valued, they do their best work, and this award reflects that commitment to our people."

The firm, whose office includes a dart board and sofas, has been dubbed the coolest office in town.

He added: "We are a purpose-led company at our core, from our WIRED values to our B-Corp certification, and we’re very proud of the culture we have created and continue to shape."

The agency's inclusion in this listing follows their Great Place to Work accreditation at the end of 2023, which found 95 per cent employee satisfaction.

Impressive evaluations were also achieved in areas such as support (98 per cent), respect (97 per cent), collaboration (97 per cent), care (97 per cent), fairness (97 per cent), and competence (97 per cent).

Great Place to Work is an internationally recognised authority on workplace culture, identifying outstanding employee experiences worldwide.
