A MARTIAL arts school has celebrated its 20th anniversary.
Matt Fiddes Martial Arts in Warrington marked the special milestone with a visit from the head of the organisation and Michael Jacksonβs former bodyguard, Matt Fiddes.
Mr Fiddes joined in the celebrations with Master Steve James, who began the schools in September 2004, and has since managed one of the most successful martial arts franchises in northern England.
Mr Fiddes said: "I have known Master James for 20 years now as a business partner and a loyal friend.
"I am so proud of his achievements and celebrating 20 years with him is an honour."
The event at Barrowhall Primary School in Great Sankey was attended by more than 100 students.
Mr James said: "We have had over 100 students attend today's event at Barrowhall Primary School and I would just like to thank all my students past and present and all their parents for the amazing journey over the last 20 years.
"I am so proud of all the team who help and inspire our 350 students every week."
