A bank has been shortlisted for three awards at the 2025 National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB) Lender Awards.

Redwood Bank is a finalist for Specialist Lender of the Year, the Rising Star Award, and the Innovation Award.

The Rising Star Award celebrates the achievements of lending proposition manager, Tom Worbey.

The Innovation Award recognises the bank's Green Reward Cashback proposition, which encourages landlords to adopt eco-friendly practices.

Gary Wilkinson, CEO and co-founder of Redwood Bank, said: "We are delighted to be shortlisted once again for the NACFB Lender awards.

"Being recognised in three categories is a true testament to our team's dedication and innovative approach to helping our customers.

"Our focus on supporting businesses and landlords in making greener, more sustainable choices is a key driver behind our Green Reward Cashback initiative, and it's fantastic to see this product receive industry recognition."

The Green Reward Cashback proposition encourages landlords to make energy-efficient improvements to their properties by rewarding them with cashback.

Tom Worbey, lending proposition manager at Redwood Bank, said: "It's an honour to be recognised as a rising star.

"I'm passionate about creating lending solutions that meet the current and future needs of our brokers and customers.

"It's a privilege to work at a bank that's committed to delivering innovative lending solutions.

"This recognition reflects the collective effort of the entire team at Redwood."

The winners will be announced at the NACFB Lender Awards ceremony on November 28 at the Westminster Park Plaza.

Voting by members is open until October 21.
