A ONE-star food hygiene rating has been handed to a business in Warrington.
Shining Rainbow Limited, based on Sankey Street, has been hit with the poor score following an inspection by the Food Standards Agency.
The ratings are issued by the Food Standards Agency and are made publicly available online.
In terms of the management of food safety, inspectors found that major improvement was necessary at the bubble tea business.
While in the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building category, improvement is necessary.
Shining Rainbow’s hygienic food handling was found to be ‘generally satisfactory’.
