A BELOVED band are set to play a ‘very special’ album launch show in Warrington this month – and tickets go on sale tomorrow morning.
The Courteeners are an indie rock band from Manchester that formed in 2006.
Best known for their song Not Nineteen Forever, the band are due to release their new album, Pink Cactus Café, on October 25.
Pink Cactus Café will be the band’s seventh studio album, and their first in four years.
Fans in Warrington can look forward to an exclusive album launch performance just after its release, on October 31.
This intimate performance at Parr Hall will start at 6.15pm when doors open, and tickets are expected to sell out quickly.
The band took to social media this afternoon, Wednesday, to announce the show.
“Courteeners will play a very special album launch show at Warrington Pyramid and Parr Hall on Wednesday, October 31,” the post read.
The Courteeners previously headlined the tribute concert in Warrington for Viola Beach in 2016, after the band were tragically killed in a car accident.
They have also twice headline Neighbourhood Weekender in Victoria Park.
Tickets will go on sale at 10am tomorrow, Thursday, starting at £31.50 for seating and standing tickets.
Fans can also buy bundles that include either a CD or vinyl with their ticket to the show.
