A GROUP of travellers have pitched up without permission outside a business in Risley.
Two caravans and associated towing vehicles have set up camp on the car park of Anixer UK Ltd, based at The Beacons.
This is according to an unauthorised encampment log for Cheshire and Warrington, operated by Cheshire West and Chester Council.
The Cheshire and Warrington Traveller Team confirmed that the group arrived on the land on Monday.
In an update today, Wednesday, the log states that the private landowner is to move the group on.
Caravans arrived after another unauthorised encampment in the town was vacated.
Two caravans and towing vehicles pitched up on the car park of DFS, on Vernon Street off Riverside Retail Park near the town centre.
Caravans arrived on the privately owned land on Saturday, but they have since left the site.
