ONE lane has closed along the M62 in Warrington due to overrunning roadworks.
The closure has been put in place this morning, Sunday, on the westbound carriageway between Junction 8 A5281 Burtonwood Road (Warrington West / Burtonwood) to junction 7 A57 Warrington Road (Rainhill Stoops).
This is due to planned roadworks that have overrun.
National Highways report traffic is currently coping well.
