A DEALER caught smuggling drugs into HMP Risley was told by a judge she could face jail time.
Katie Wilkinson was charged with two counts of conveying a prohibited article into prison, as well as being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine.
The 38-year-old appeared before Liverpool Crown Court on Tuesday pleading guilty to all three counts.
A court heard the specifics of the charges being that Wilkinson, of Spring Gardens, Atherton, brought a substance of cocaine and cannabis resin into HMP Risley on November 3, 2022.
She was also found to be involved in the supply of a quantity of crack cocaine to another person between the dates of August 20 and November 1, 2022.
Addressing the defendant during the hearing, his Honour Judge Neil Flewitt KC said: “I will sentence you at ten o’clock on November 12.
“I will renew your bail conditions.”
He added: “You are at risk of a prison sentence.”
