A WARRINGTON company has been named as the best place to work in Europe.

Talos360, a recruitment firm based in Westbrook, has secured first place in the Best Small and Medium Workplaces in Europe list by Great Place to Work.

It was the only UK company to finish in the European Top 10.

Talos360 is no stranger to receiving recognition for its excellent workplace culture and additional employee engagement. Awards in the last 12 months include first place in the Best Workplace for Development and seventh place in the Best Workplace for Women 2024.

Janette Martin, CEO of the business, said: “For Talos360 to be recognised as the Best Workplace in Europe is a huge accolade for our fast-growing talent technology business, and as a team we are so proud to receive this recognition.

“Talos360 is a Northern UK company, proud to be developing tech careers, living and breathing diversity and inclusion, and our people make our culture a great place to work every day.

“It’s our people that truly make the difference, driving our business growth, our business success and everything that we achieve. I couldn’t be more proud.”

This year’s Great Place Work list features 100 organisations that were chosen after surveying more than 1.3 million employees in Europe about their experience in the workplace, representing the work experiences of more than two million employees across the continent.

Of those, 300,000 responses came from companies eligible for the list, and the ranking is based on that feedback.

The achievement is a culmination of employee engagement and accolades that Talos360 has attained over the last 12 months.

To celebrate, Talos360 is holding a European Party in its office bar with some surprises in store.

“I don’t think there are any words to describe what an incredible achievement this is for everyone at Talos360,” said Lyndsay Chapman, people director.

“This award is a true testament to our incredible team who genuinely live and breathe our values on a daily basis and create a culture like no other.

“We are so proud to have such amazing people, who are so passionate about supporting each other to succeed.”

The Great Place to Work recognition is based on confidential survey data assessing employee experiences of trust, innovation, company values, and leadership.

Companies are also evaluated on how well they are creating a For All™ workplace experience, where all employees are welcomed and celebrated no matter who they are or what they do.

Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place To Work, said: “Congratulations to Talos360 and all other companies in the list for being ranked the Best Small & Medium Workplaces in Europe.

“Despite the economic challenges facing them, these companies found ways to offer more support to their people, developing a foundation of trust that is crucial for business success in the years ahead.”
