TEMPORARY lights have been put in place a on main road in Warrington as emergency work is carried out.
Traffic lights are currently operating on the boarder of Lovely Lane and Delamere Street as emergency repairs are taking place.
Emergency gas works are being carried out by Cadent on the stretch of roads.
Delays are to be expected while the temporary lights are in place, and these will stay in place until September 30.
A spokesperson for Warrington Borough Council said: “Cadent are carrying out Emergency gas repair works. These repairs can take time to resolve, but this is to ensure that we continue to provide the safest and most reliable service to our customers.”
