CELEBRITY chef Jonny Marsh was joined by members of the Warrington Wolves Foundation at a Warrington school to celebrate the opening of a new ‘state-of-the-art’ kitchen for students.
The Michelin star chef arrived at Padgate Academy ready to cut the ribbon on the new facility which will assist in teaching students’ food technology and hospitality.
Funded largely by The Savoy Educational Trust, the project aligns with its mission to advance hospitality industry training and support the next generation of chefs and hospitality professionals.
It is set to foster culinary education, promote healthy eating, and encourage community involvement, making a lasting impact.
Padgate Academy also contributed a sizeable amount of funding to the project to ensure the school provides enhanced opportunities for its students.
Johnny Marsh, a chef well known for serving up food to Premier League footballers, was accompanied by the Warrington Wolves Foundation and OSI Office Furniture to commemorate the occasion as the facility was opened for the first time on Monday.
