WARRINGTON Running Festival 2024 took place this morning, Sunday.
Thousands of people took to the town centre streets not only to partake in the event, but to spectate and cheer on the runners.
With a buzzing atmosphere at the start and finish line, it is safe to say that the rain didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits.
This year’s festival featured a 5k, a 10k, a half marathon, and a junior race.
All of these were in aid of St Rocco’s Hospice.
