AN inquest has been opened after a woman died following a procedure at Warrington Hospital.
Debra Soens, from Great Sankey, sadly died on September 2 this year.
On Wednesday, an inquest was formally opened into the 63-year-old’s death at Cheshire Coroner’s Court.
The area coroner for Cheshire, Victoria Davies, said an inquest is required due to there being a potential link between the hospital procedure and Ms Soens’ death.
An inquest date was set for January next year.
