A FAMILY-run business is on the hunt for new employees.
Stand Out Socks was founded by brothers Christian and Ross Laing, to raise awareness of Down syndrome.
It was also created with the aim of creating a job for Ross who has Down syndrome and struggled to find work for many years.
And the socks are more than just fashion accessories to the duo, they allow for open discussions on disability inclusion while raising awareness of Down syndrome.
The business has continued to grow over the last few years with Christian and Ross even securing a collaboration with Manchester United.
Last October, the brothers employed their first two team members with Down syndrome.
Now, the business is on the hunt for more ‘superstars’ to join its team.
Christian and Ross said: “Stand Out is hiring and we're looking for passionate and fun individuals to be a part of our amazing team.
“If you're looking for more than just a job — a place where you're truly valued for who you are, where your uniqueness is celebrated every day, and where you can be proud to Stand Out — then this is your moment.
“We’re searching for talented people to join Ross and his team in our picking and packing department.
“If you think you've got what it takes to be part of our amazing team, email admin@standoutsocks.co.uk and we'll send you the details.”
