A POLICE presence was spotted in Latchford this morning, Monday.
Officers attended an address on Kingsway South at around 9.30am.
According to a Cheshire Police spokesperson, this was to carry out an arrest.
However, their attempts were unsuccessful.
As a result, officers then had to wait at the scene for the property to be boarded up.
Two police cars and a van were spotted outside the address.
