DEMAND is high to view show homes at an ongoing housing development in Daresbury.
Castle Green Homes closed its original show homes and sales centre at Bridgwater View earlier in the summer to prepare for moving into new ones in phase two of the development.
The new show homes open on September 14 and 15.
Over the summer while the team were putting the finishing touches to the new show homes, sales director Sian Pitt said that five sets of people tried to view them on just one day.
She said: “Building work at Bridgewater View, which is part of Daresbury Garden Village, is progressing well, with dozens of homes now occupied. It’s fast developing into a new community where people love living.
“The original show homes have been sold and we’ve moved the sales team onto phase two.
“Over the summer, while we were putting the finishing touches to the new show homes, we had five sets of people trying to view them in just one day.
“Due to the demand, we initially gave priority to those who’d registered their interest in the homes on phase two.”
When the show homes open, Castle Green Homes will extend an open invitation to buyers to come and see them.
They will showcase examples of four-bedroom detached designs – the Chatsworth and Wiltshire – plus, a pair of three-bedroom detached properties – the Stratford and Windsor. A four-bedroom Heatherington houses the sales centre.
