THERE are traffic delays on the East Lancashire Road after a crash.
There have been delays on the East Lancs at Astley.
This is following a collision at Higher Green Lane.
Traffic is back, through Golborne, to junction 23 of the M6 in Haydock.
Live traffic tracker INRIX stated as of shortly after noon: "A580 East Lancashire Road Eastbound partially blocked, slow traffic due to accident at Higher Green Lane."
