CONGESTION is building along the M6 northbound in Warrington due to a broken down car.
One lane has been closed along the M6 between junction 20 M56 J9 (Lymm Interchange) to junction 21 A57 Manchester Road (Woolston).
This is due to a broken down vehicle on the carriageway.
National Highways have reported delays of up to 15 minutes to be expected.
