A LEADING law firm has opened its latest office space in the area.

Slater Heelis has opened its seventh new office of the year, with the firm now holding office space at Sci-Tech Daresbury.

The business says it has identified the area as a ‘key location’ for its expansion aims.

The company has grown its presence significantly this year, with new offices based in York, Sheffield, Liverpool, London and Leeds, in addition to its Sale and central Manchester headquarters.

With a team of more than 220 experts, Slater Heelis is a full-service, award-winning legal company serving clients both in the UK and abroad.

Since 2016, the law firm has maintained a partnership with Sci-Tech Daresbury as one of its ‘gold partners’.

This is a designation given to a select set of companies that are leaders in their respective fields and that provide assistance for the campus and its tenants.

Rachel Fletcher, managing partner of Slater Heelis said: “The Sci-Tech Daresbury campus is already home to a number of our clients through our long-standing gold partner relationship.

“It offers a fantastic facility and location for us to meet current and prospective clients from Warrington and the surrounding area.

“We anticipate it being a key location for us as we continue to gain momentum with individuals and businesses across the region.”

John Leake, business growth director at Sci-Tech Daresbury, added: “It is a pleasure to have Slater Heelis join us on campus with a physical presence.

“The team are fully versed in campus life, having been one of our gold partners for eight years.

“We have already seen first-hand how they excel in supporting our tenants across a spectrum of legal services, and to have them join us onsite, just feels like a natural next step to an already very successful and fruitful relationship.”
