THE toxicology report of a 51-year-old man has deemed his cause of death unnatural after he had a heart attack.
On Wednesday morning the inquest into the death of John Jackson was formally opened, after he died on July 13.
Cheshire Coroners’ Court heard that Mr Jackson was admitted to Warrington Hospital, on Lovely Lane, after he had suffered a cardiac arrest.
Area coroner, Victoria Davies, told the court that Mr Jackson, who lived in Orford, died on the same day aged 51.
Despite being admitted to hospital for a cardiac arrest, a toxicology report completed after his death provided information that showed John’s death was unnatural.
The inquest has now been formally opened and will take place on December 10 in order for further work to be completed.
