A FILM crew has been spotted in Warrington town centre as part of a project which potentially involves a celebrity singer.
Several vans were spotted parked behind the Treasury Building, on Museum Street, this morning, Wednesday.
A camera crew could be seen with several large piece of equipment, including lighting rigs, tripods, and lens boxes.
While it is unclear how long the crew will be filming for, the vans arrived at the building early this morning, before 9am.
Security on site confirmed that filming was taking place to record a new advertisement for Freemans.
Freemans, which used to have a catalogue, is now an online retailer for clothes, toys, and electronics.
The advert, which is being filmed inside, also took over the front of the building as a huge trailer, typically used for cast and high-profile stars, was parked on Palmyra Square.
It is believed that Sophie Ellis-Bextor is part of the filming inside the Treasury Building.
Her team has been approached for confirmation.
