CHESHIRE Police were called to the junction of Crosfield Street on Sunday after receiving reports of a crash.
The crash, which took place at around 7.25pm, involved a black Suzuki SX4 on Midland Way.
A witness said that an unmarked police car attended the scene, and that people appeared to be receiving first aid on the footpath.
A spokesperson for the police confirmed that there were no reports of any serious injuries, and the scene was cleared by 9.10pm.
