POLICE are investigating an incident of anti-social behaviour in which a bus was damaged.
Two youths are reported to have thrown stones at a bus, smashing two windows, before fleeing the scene on electric scooters.
The incident has only recently come to light, having occurred after 11pm on Monday, July 15.
Police have confirmed that they are investigating the incident, and anyone with any information should make contact.
A spokesman for Cheshire Police said: “At 11.08pm on Monday, July 15, police were called to reports that two youths had thrown an unknown item at a bus on Thelwall New Road, causing damage to two windows.
“Both of the youths are believed to have fled the scene on electric scooters following the incident.
“Anyone with any information is asked to contact Cheshire Police at cheshire.police.uk/tell-us quoting IML 1871585.”
