A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of assault after fleeing from an address in Fearnhead.
Police were called to reports of an assault on Rowlands Close at 2.46pm this afternoon, Thursday.
The caller reported that the suspect had left the address.
Cheshire Police confirmed officers arrived on the scene and carried out a search of the area.
The suspect, a man, was located nearby on Aspinall Close shortly after at 3.03pm
He was arrested on suspicion of a section 47 assault and taken to custody.
